The TM.30 Notification is a crucial step for property owners, landlords, or authorized persons in Thailand to report the residence of foreign nationals staying on their property. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to register and ensure compliance with Thai immigration laws.

Step 1: Fill in Your Information

Begin the registration process by entering your details and information about the residence into the online application:

1.      Access the Registration Page: Click on the "ลงทะเบียน / Register" link on the login screen of the TM.30 portal. Register Here

2.      Choose Registrant Type: Select whether you are registering as a Thai national or a foreigner

3.      Enter Your Email Address: The email you provide will serve as your username for future logins. Re-enter the email to confirm accuracy.

4.      Provide Identification Details: Enter your ID card number (for Thai nationals) or passport number (for foreigners).

5.      Fill in Contact Information: Provide your phone number and select your gender.

6.      Enter Your Name: Fill in your first name, middle name (if any), and last name.

7.      Upload Required Documents: Ensure that you have the necessary documents prepared (see the "Preparation Document Information" section below) and upload them to the system.

8.      Complete the Captcha: Enter the Captcha code as shown on the screen.

9.      Submit Registration: Click the "ลงทะเบียน / Register" button to submit your application.

Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address

       After registering, check your email for a confirmation message from the TM.30 system with the subject "[TM.30] Verify Email."

• Click the "Verify Email" button in the email. This must be done within 7 days. If you miss the deadline, contact Immigration via email at [email protected] to request another verification email.

Step 3: Receive Your User ID

• After confirming your email, you'll receive another email with your user ID and initial login code.
• Use this code to log in for the first time and set a new password. Then, log in again using your new password to access the system.

Preparation Document Information

• Before registering, prepare the following documents:
• A signed copy of your business license or business registration confirmation (if you're a business owner).
• A letter of authorization (if registering on behalf of someone else).
• A copy of the ID card of the person authorizing the registration.

Yo​u can easily notify to accept foreigners staying in your residence via the internet. By registering to use the residential notification system, there is only 1 account that the user receives after registering to use the system. Users will be able to notify of accepting foreigners to stay in establishments that are owned or responsible for taking care of more than one address.

Information to be Notified

When notifying your residence via the internet, it is important to have the following information ready to enter into the system:

• Address, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, Passport number, First name, middle name (if any), and surname, Nationality, Gender, Date of birth, Telephone number.

Steps for Informing Individual Accommodation

To notify the residence of a foreign national staying at your property, follow these steps:

1. Login: Access the system and click the "Add" button.
2. Select Accommodation: Choose the accommodation information you want to notify. If you have multiple accommodations listed, you can search by the name of the desired accommodation. If the accommodation information is not listed, you will need to add it first.
3. Fill in Stay Dates: Enter the check-in and check-out dates. The system will automatically calculate the number of days of stay.
4. Enter Foreigner Details: Fill in the details of the foreign national staying at your property.
5. Save Information: After entering all the details, save the information. If you need to notify additional accommodations, repeat steps 2-5.

Important Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. No spaces should be left blank.

Steps for Informing Accommodation by Excel File

If you need to notify the residences of multiple foreign nationals, particularly in a business context, you can submit data via an Excel file. Follow these steps:

1. Prepare Excel File: Download the template from the system by clicking "ดาวน์โหลดตัวอย่าง Excel/Download Example File" and fill in the required information for each foreign national.
2. Import Excel File: Click "นำเข้า Excel / import Excel" to upload the file.
3. Select Accommodation: Choose the accommodation information. If it’s not listed, add it first.
4. Upload Excel File: Select the prepared Excel file.
5. Click "แสดงข้อมูลจาก Excel / show data from Excel."
6. Check for Errors: The system will validate the data. If there are errors, they will be highlighted in red. Correct the errors in the Excel file and re-upload.
7. Save Information: Once the data is correct, click "บันทึก/Save."

Note: Ensure the Excel file is formatted correctly before importing.

Steps for Searching and Verifying Notification of Foreigner Accommodation

After submitting the accommodation information, you can verify the details as follows:

1. Login: Access the system and select the desired accommodation.
2. Enter Search Criteria: Fill in the check-in date or other conditions like the foreigner’s name.
3. Search: Click "Search" to view the results.
4. View Details: Click the view icon to see the detailed notification information.

Important Notes: Data is only displayed within 7 days of the check-in date.

Steps for Exporting Accommodation Notification Form

To print evidence of the notification for submission to Immigration officers, follow these steps:

1. Login: Access the system and search for the desired notification.
2. View Notification: Click the view icon to see the details.
3. Export Form: Click the "Import/Export" button to generate and print the notification form.
